Владан: Вопрос №1 Есть ли постоянный поток через клапан регулятора расхода Спутника как это описано в техническом описании (принцип работы)? Вопрос №2 Работает ли клапан регулятора расхода только в полностью открытом/закрытом положении или возможно частичное открывание/закрывание? Вопрос №3 Как можно обеспечить постоянную скорость прохождения жидкости через ТОР если клапан регулятор работатет в положении полностью открыто/закрыто? Владан

vladan: By Sputnik (controller RTU188): All meters are in good working condition. Total amounts of gas (m3) and fluid (m3) are measured and displayed correctly. Daily rate for gas (m3/sut) is displayed correctly, but daily rate for fluid (m3/sut) is 0 (although total measured amount of fluid is correct).
Sedoy: "but daily rate for fluid (m3/sut) is 0": it always has been, or after some recent events?
vladan: For the last 30 days. It happend suddenly, I don't know the details. At the moment there is alarm (avaria) on the Sputnik LCD display. Instrumentalists are trying to check the cause of alarm. Could you please provide me contact information for support for DL-260? I need instructions to troubleshoot 'Timer' problem - it should be only some settings on LCD screen. Thanks.

vladan: Hi again Sedoy, We successfully solved most problems we had with Sputniks. However, there are still some small things left. Sensor on the water cut meter (VSN-2) on Sputnik has failed. This sensor is installed on the flowmeter (TOP 1-50) and connected to the converter (Первичный измерительный преобразователь). What kind of sensor is this - what exactly does it measure, what is the manufacturer and model? Can we order/buy the sensor from OZNA? On the flowmeter (TOP 1-50) there is another sensor (for the flowrate) - can we use the signal from this sensor for the water cut meter? Thanks.
Sedoy: Vladan Hi, I am very glad you successful solution of most problems. Further, 1. Manufacturer and supplier of water cut meter WSN-2 here: http://www.nsp-sar.ru/FirmaNSP/ProductFirma.htm 2.Sensor (magnetic induction) is a member of WSN-2, removes a pulse signal from the impeller flowmeter. 3.Sensor can only buy from the manufacturer WSN-2. 4.Another sensor of the flowmeter (ТОР 1-50) can not be used for water cut meter (he has a slow signal in the form of a closing contact every 50 liters of fluid past). Киповец: Подскажите, новые замерные установки ОЗНА идут с новыми регуляторами, не МПК и Ха. Подскажите пожалуйста как они называются и где их можно приобрести. Уж больно понравились они нам.

Киповец: Маленькие, с плоской крышкой. В крышке 2 отверстия под ключ. Видимо на корпусе еще присутствовала наклейка, но содрана.
Ринат: Если крашенный в серый цвет, то судя по описанию КМР (Сафарова), если без покрытия (нержавейка), то РПМ (Дробаха). Адресов не знаю, а вот телефон я тебе в личку скину.
KarpovDen: Люди доброго времени суток вам! вопрос интересует, есть ли инструкция как правильно настраивать РР-40. Бьюсь с ними ничего толком не выходит, можно было бы для чайников, шаг за шагом а то в этих вещах я не силен
